According to Bloomberg, 165,000 women, over the age of 20, withdrew from the workforce in just the last month! Are you looking to get back to tech, or exploring a career change to tech? This program is for you. Do you want to drive change and increase workforce diversity at your company? This program is for you.



This interactive session will explore programs like returnships, apprenticeships and other non-traditional avenues that provide an easy on-ramp back into the technology workforce. Panelists from San Diego-based companies will discuss how they are helping women return to the technology industry and the program requirements.



After the program, job seekers and career changers will get direct access to expert speakers in breakout rooms and walk away with a full list of resources.

Intuit Again - The Intuit Again returnship program is designed to be a pathway into a full-time career allowing you to work on a team to refresh your skills and apply your newly learned skills in a supportive, structured 16-week program. The program is supported by a dedicated program team comprising of leaders, program managers and fellow returnees.

TechHire - A movement that aims to level the playing field for tech jobs. It helps low-income and underrepresented City of San Diego residents, ages 18 and up, begin a new career in tech through a combination of internships, training and job placement.

Income Share Agreement Program - Offers access to UC San Diego certifications with no upfront cost. If students land a job making above $40,000 after graduation, they “pay it forward” with 6–8% of their salary for a set period of time to help the next group of San Diegans pursue their own career goals.

CyberHire – An opportunity to embark on a path towards a cybersecurity career with a combination of training and employment. Funding also provided for industry certification exams and intensive exam prep by training providers of cyber talent in San Diego
