Your Athena member experience comes with a variety of platforms to significantly build your leadership skills, strategically broaden your network and cultivate your personal brand. Athena’s portfolio of 50 annual leadership programs is driven by its committees, comprised entirely of Athena members. Central to the success of these programs are the leaders that pursue a committee assignment and bring their time, talent, and treasure to the committees’ success.​ Athena members who join these committees lean into leadership by helping with program management, content creation, access to key opinion leaders, domain expertise, and social media campaigns with the goal of educating our STEM community to achieve accelerated professional success. 
 
Each Leadership Program Committee produces 3-4 programs annually and meets once monthly.  Committees are open to all Athena members.
