United in our shared vision to advance 1 million STEM leaders by 2030, Athena's Workforce Committee produces quarterly educational programs to 1) identify practical steps to support and elevate female colleagues, 2) address the roadblocks that allies are facing in taking action, and 3) broadly promoting and disseminating this critical information to activate more allies across the STEM community.
