United in our shared vision to advance 1 million women in STEM by 2030, Athena's Male Allyship Committee produces quarterly educational programs to 1) identify practical steps to support and elevate female colleagues, 2) address the roadblocks that male allies are facing in taking action, and 3) broadly promoting and disseminating this critical information to activate more male allies across the STEM community.
