Sue is founder and Principal of Ebner Consults which provides Sales and Leadership Development training programs to build and sustain successful sales teams and effective leaders. The skills, tools and learnings presented during the various trainings guide and support changes in behavior that accelerate performance and contribute to stellar results. Sue also provides executive coaching to align individual talent strategy with business strategy. Her unique training approach incorporates the four behavior styles and individual strengths throughout the training programs and coaching. Sue has partnered with public-traded and privately-held companies in the technology, life sciences, medical devices, manufacturing and professional services 

 

Prior to starting Ebner Consults, Sue was a Principal with Mercer Health & Benefits. Mercer, the leading global human resources consulting firm, provides resources, services and solutions in corporate employee benefits, human capital and outsourcing. Sue was responsible for sales and new business development for the San Diego office. She also served as a Relationship Manager for clients and served in internal leadership roles.

 

Sue serves as the Treasurer of the Athena San Diego Foundation Board and has served as past Athena San Diego Board Chairman, and chair of several Athena committees. She also currently serves as a Board Member for The Clearity Foundation, Advisory Board for Operation for Hope, and Advisory Board for USD’s School of Leadership and Education Sciences. She has served as a Board member for Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest, The Old Globe Theaters and the American Heart Association
