In partnership with Full Fathom Five AI, we’re launching a transformative, community-centered curriculum preparing today’s workforce to use AI responsibly, creatively, and inclusively.

FEB–MAR 2026 | 6-Week Program
A comprehensive, instructor-led virtual experience blending AI fundamentals, applied learning, ethical frameworks, and cohort-based leadership development.
Community-Based Training
Learning is strengthened through real-time dialogue, shared problem-solving, and collaborative exploration. We learn better, faster, and more effectively in community.
AI-Inclusive Curriculum
The program addresses the gender and racial bias embedded in today’s AI systems and equips participants to shape more inclusive technologies.
Athena-Trusted Leadership Development
Draws on 25+ years of elevating STEM women with training in innovation, communication, and future-of-work skills.
Week 1
“I Can Explain It”
A clear, confidence-building introduction to AI: what it is, how it works, and why it matters in STEM careers.
Week 4
“I Can Build Anything”
Applied lab sessions using no-code and low-code tools to create workflows, agents, and lightweight internal applications.
Week 2
“I Can Use It Responsibly”
Hands-on generative AI training with a focus on prompting, critical evaluation, risk awareness, and responsible use.
Week 5
Capstone Team Challenge
Participants collaborate to solve a real-world challenge using coordinated AI tools, demonstrating applied proficiency and leadership.
Week 3
“I Can Create Anything”
Techniques and workflows that dramatically increase productivity, creativity, and analytical speed across job functions.
Week 6
Integration & Certification
A final week of reflection, reinforcement, and assessment to solidify learning and certify AI readiness.
