This fifth cohort of Athena's On Boards (AOB) Series graduates thirteen female STEM executives ready to take their seat in the boardroom. After completing the 5-month AOB program on April 7, these leaders are positioned to bring their unique talents to companies and non-profit organizations across California and beyond.
This 3-part series prepares diverse boardroom candidates by helping to: 1) customize their board placement strategy 2) refine their boardroom value add and 3) activate and augment their STEM network. The smaller assigned mentoring groups are a central program feature that ensures strategy execution and accountability.
