Athena - the premier advocate for professional women in STEM - continues driving the DE&I conversation anchored in data by publishing the STEM industry's DE&I Playbook. This first-of-its-kind playbook builds a body of DE&I evidence and solutions by the companies who are out front of the "Great She-cession" and leading with rigorous execution.

Capturing the best practices featured during Athena’s 2021 Annual Lifting While Climbing Summit, these data-driven workforce solutions will advance those with the power to affect hiring decisions, influence career trajectories, and modernize the workforce using proven strategies.
