About the Event
As STEM companies prepare their "return to work” strategies and policies, each of us face a variety of concerns: managing health and safety, building empathic policies and cultures, communicating with our internal teams, and serving our external customers. The challenge is complex, but there is a framework to move forward.
It starts with asking the right questions: Have we fully examined our cultural strengths so that we can leverage them as a source of focus that factors in gen-to-gen workforce preferences and styles? Have we appropriately invested in the tools and infrastructure to continue enabling virtual collaboration for those still working remotely? How will we account for cross-generation employees’ constraints and comfort levels, including underlying health issues, child care, elder care?
Join this interactive executive panel as they uncover and examine the diverse techniques, modes of communication and workplace preferences that are enabling high performing STEM companies to reboot their workforce effectively and preparing for these unique workforce demands inside this new workforce era.
