About the Event
Join us LIVE on September 21 for a Fireside Chat with Tanya Monga, CEO of GenMark Diagnostics at MoFo’s law offices. Genmark’s Dr. Christine Shaw, VP, Assay Development will moderate this special Fireside Chat and explore Tanya’s dynamic career path from nanoengineering to equity analyst to neuroscience to CEO of a diagnostics company. Tanya’s road to the top includes a fascinating tour leading business units in Toronto, Switzerland, Spain, and Colombia before landing in San Diego.
While women make up 58% of the workforce, only 25% are in the C-suite and 15% hold the CEO spot. Expect to witness this exceptional career journey and understand what it takes for an Asian woman to navigate the international corporate world, overcome discrimination, and tackle those stubborn self-limiting beliefs. This live event will NOT be available via Zoom and please note that Morrison Foerster’s event policy requires all attendees to be up-to-date on COVID vaccinations.
