One of Athena's flagship programs, our Forum to Elevate Women (FEW) is designed for members who seek the support of a trusted peer group to guide and accelerate their leadership journey.

FEW serves as your personalized board of directors, offering a customized and confidential space for growth.

Each FEW group consists of 4-10 STEM women who meet monthly. Athena carefully curates these groups based on members’ geographic preferences and schedules, while also ensuring no professional conflicts.
