Lisa Nordquist is an expert in interpersonal development and communication, helping high-impact individuals and teams utilize the most effective emotional intelligence and refined communication techniques available. She is an award-winning author, holds a degree in psychology, and is trained and certified in multiple modalities.

As the founder and owner of Grey Monkey Group LLC, Lisa has worked with corporations, universities, health systems, and state and international government agencies for over 25 years. She has appeared on numerous radio, TV, and podcasts, including CBS News and ESPN Sports Radio. 

Lisa’s programs have been vetted at her San Diego research facility where she has tested the techniques she is sharing with us today over the last 7 years, on what could be our society’s most non-compliant population: teenage girls. There she has worked successfully with her husband of 20 years to bring peace and good grades to their family of 4. Lisa considers herself a sci-fi dork, and lover of dark chocolate, dogs, and wine.
