Did You Just Say That? Interrupting & Addressing Microaggressions

This topic is back by popular demand with this workshop reviewing different types of microaggressions and how they affect individuals across different identities.  In small break-out sessions, participants will practice effective strategies for addressing and interrupting microaggressions both inside and outside the workplace.  Specifically, participants will also have an opportunity to consider tools and strategies to facilitate productive communications around microaggressions from the standpoint of the microaggressor, the target of the microaggression, and the bystander.  Powered By: Wilson Turner Kosmo LLP
