Athena Safety Net is a values-centered convening of women and allies navigating a historic moment marked by fear, division, and the erosion of psychological safety at work and in society. This event offers a trusted space to slow down, be seen, and reconnect to personal and collective agency—recognizing that unprocessed fear affects our nervous systems, leadership presence, and sense of belonging. Rather than reacting from urgency or isolation, participants will explore what it means to lead with humanity, courage, and resolve, alongside others who refuse the bystander role and choose connection, care, and principled action instead.

It is an honest conversation. The goal is presence, trust, and collective clarity.

We begin small, in a calm, safe setting designed to invite openness, reflection, and connection. Together, we will engage in structured sharing and guided dialogue, creating room for voices that are silenced or sidelined.
