About the Event

Program Description: Our networking options have moved almost entirely online, which makes establishing and maintaining business connections all the more challenging. So how should you go about networking? Athena’s board of directors is sponsoring this pure networking event and will host 20 individual and intimate breakout sessions as small groups identify and declare their "networking intention.”  We rotate these "break out rooms" in 15-minute intervals led by STEM executives. Successful networking involves getting to know people, having genuine conversations, and providing value to others. You could learn about a job opening, get career advice, find a mentor, meet a future colleague and vice versa. In this networking event, we will reframe networking by leading with how we can provide value to others as we all seek to navigate this new normal.
