Advancing the Allyship Agenda Conference

This will be a powerful conference that brings together researchers, practitioners, nonprofits, and advocacy groups dedicated to advancing men’s allyship.

Many gender equity initiatives focus primarily on women, often unintentionally leaving men out of the conversation. However, research shows that when men are included and step up as allies, mentors, and sponsors—demonstrating awareness, commitment, and gender humility—they become key drivers of workplace equity, helping women thrive, fostering gender balance in leadership, and strengthening organizations as a whole. At the same time, men strengthen their leadership skills and gain valuable insights into becoming the supportive partners and engaged parents they aspire to be.

Through thought-provoking briefings, panel discussions, and interactive workshops, this conference will explore how men can actively contribute to building a more inclusive and equitable future for everyone.
