Everyone at some point has experienced levels of stress and anxiety in their work and personal lives.  The Covid-19 endemic has certainly exacerbated the situation further impacting even our mental health by nearly 40%.  The Anxiety and Depression Association of America reported that persistent, excessive, and irrational anxiety that interferes with everyday functioning is often an indication of an anxiety disorder.

In this new era of mindful living, mindfulness is defined as a moment-to-moment awareness of one’s experience, without judgment. It is a state and not a trait. The data shows that a lack of mindfulness presents a disconnected employee operating on autopilot. In the absence of self-awareness, organization, and intentionality towards one’s mental health, employees are not only stunting growth potential but instituting a continuous cycle of detachment.

Join us virtually on March 21 for a dynamic workshop on  “Reducing Stress and Anxiety | Harness the Power of Mindfulness Techniques” in honor of the International Day of Happiness. You will be guided on how mindfulness improves health, well-being, and productivity, followed by the opportunity to engage in interactive workshops spanning the powers of breath work, meditation, compassion, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. You will learn to approach challenges and opportunities with a fresh perspective and reduce workplace burnout, anxiety, and absentmindedness.
