Athena Academy Cohort | Mastering Soft Skills to Thrive in the Age of AI

A five-part leadership development experience designed to amplify the human capabilities that AI cannot replace.

Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming how work gets done. Many repetitive and administrative tasks are increasingly automated, while the most valuable capabilities in the workplace are becoming deeply human.

AI can analyze data, generate content, and accelerate workflows. It cannot build trust, exercise moral judgment, navigate complex human dynamics, or lead with empathy. These capabilities remain fundamentally human and they are becoming the defining differentiators of effective leadership.

To future proof your career, the goal is not to compete with what AI can do. It is to strengthen what AI cannot and should not do.

This is a five-part leadership development experience designed to help amplify the capabilities that remain uniquely human. As AI reshapes industries, professionals who combine technical literacy with strong interpersonal leadership will become essential decision makers inside organizations.

Dr. Alessandra Wall is an executive coach with a Ph.D. in clinical psychology who specializes in helping women leaders in STEM secure careers that are wildly successful and deeply fulfilling.

She founded Noteworthy, her executive coaching practice, in 2013 to support, elevate, and advance leading women in male-dominated fields. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Cum Laude) from Duke University and her Doctorate of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. In an effort to deepen her support of women in STEM, Dr. Wall is a recurring sponsor of Athena, leads multiple Athena Academies, and is a founding co-chair of the Athena Male Allyship committee.
