Are you striving to foster greater belonging in your workplace, but don’t know where to start? Join us May 31 as Athena presents: Fostering Belonging: Driving DEI as an Individual Contributor as we showcase the sustained impacts of employees promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace.

Research reveals that those organizations that foster a sense of belonging for diverse thinkers and people of different backgrounds and experiences, benefit from greater talent attraction, retention, innovation, and enhanced organizational performance.

These DEI leaders will share actionable strategies and effective initiatives designed to build a workplace culture code where individuality is both noticed and valued. You will access industry best practices on workplace support, the process for checking in, and nurturing a culture of trust and understanding. You can also expect to learn from your STEM peers and deepen connections with other DEI champions committed to promoting a healthy and vibrant workplace.
