A DAY IN THE LIFE:
We have 2 openings for this role - (.NET/SQL/JS)
Independently performs IT functions such as development, design, analysis, evaluation, testing, debugging and implementation of business applications in support of cross-functional enterprise areas. Drives the process of gathering requirements, analyzing data, and automating business process with software solutions.
YOU’RE AWESOME AT:
Independently designs and develops custom solutions using Microsoft Development Tools for existing business systems.
Reviews escalated end user issues; identifies and implements solutions.
Participates in and is responsible for programs and system development, configuration and implementation of systems and tools selection.
Works closely with department heads to proactively identify area of system improvement as well as opportunities for system automation.
Learns to work with personnel of organizational units involved to identify problems, learns specific input and output requirements such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized, and formats for reports.
Reviews system capabilities, workflows, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.
Reviews and analyzes project scope in order to determine time and resource estimates.
Plans and prepares technical reports and instructional manuals as documentation of program development.
May independently manage working interactions with external vendors and resources ensuring that deliverable and timelines are met.
Responsible for software design specifications, interface descriptions, and other software documentations.
May act as technical lead for both individual projects and/or entire products.
Translates high-level requirements into software design and implementation.
Responsible for the training, mentoring and development of junior team members. Ensures compliance with company policies, including Privacy/HIPAA, and other legal and regulatory requirements.
EXTRA AWESOME:
B.S. in computer science or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.
7+ years of experience working in a business applications environment.
2+ years of experience of Dynamics CRM development.
Experience with development in enterprise systems.
Experience with .NET, MSSQL and web development.
Experience using C#, SQL Server, or similar products.
Transact-SQL development experience.
