A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Oversee the development and launch of marketing efforts for the company through online media and platforms. Develops concepts to provide visual, web-based marketing to promote Tandem products. Maintains Tandem’s online presence. Applies knowledge of paid media practices, including paid search, display, paid social, and remarketing strategies, processes, and best practices to drive qualified leads to various conversion points. Critical and creative thinker able to proactively identify problems and implement timely and effective solutions. Responsible for keyword development, audience setup, ad creative development, testing, and performance analysis across ad networks including Facebook and Google.
Our Digital Media Manager typically:
Designs, executes, and maintains ROI-focused pay per click (PPC) campaigns, including paid search and display campaigns.
Continually optimizes PPC and display campaign components, including keyword strategy, ad copy, bid prices, cost per conversion, cost per click, and audience optimization.
Conducts thorough keyword analysis and adjust strategies appropriately.
Coordinates with digital marketing agency to effectively manage projects and campaigns.
Collaborates with stakeholders, brand strategists, and designers to maintain cohesive campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
Writes compelling ad copy with a focus on driving conversions.
Actively measures and executes A/B split testing for ad copy, landing pages, and the like to ensure optimal campaign performance.
Compiles monthly and quarterly PPC and display reports, including analyst of campaign performance.
Continuously optimizes live campaigns to boost performance and improve results.
Recommends new content or landing pages to promote higher campaign performance.
Implements conversion tracking and retargeting pixels to drive digital media effectiveness.
Stays current with latest trends in PPC and paid social advertising and apples improvements where applicable.
Conducts in-depth competitive analysis as necessary
Confirm completion of required training plan before assuming job responsibilities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, including Privacy/HIPAA, and other legal and regulatory requirements.
YOU’RE AWESOME AT:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.
5+ years’ experience with demonstrated strong tactical execution abilities for all paid media channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, paid social platforms, remarketing, and Google Display Network.
Proactive, self-starter who works well in highly integrated and collaborative team culture.
Demonstrated ability to seamlessly juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and exceeding company and team expectations.
Strong knowledge of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
Ability to distill data and metrics into actionable insights that support clear recommendations.
Excellent writing and communications skills including copy writing and editing, creating presentation material, creative briefs.
Able to recalibrate and execute changes of direction for projects quickly and effectively.
Strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of pivot tables and vlookups.
Significant search engine marketing (SEM) experience
Working knowledge of Facebook, YouTube, Google+, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and Google Adwords.
EXTRA AWESOME:
Google Analytics certification
Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) certification
Marketo, Kenshoo, or Marin Software experience a plus.
Experience with managing marketing content for medical device or pharmaceutical products is preferred as well as specific experience with and knowledge of diabetes markets.
General understanding of FDA regulations around medical device or pharmaceutical advertising and labeling.
