Staff Coordinator, Marketing
The Staff Coordinator, Marketing will be responsible for day-to-day marketing support and program management and coordination for the North America Partner Marketing and Channel Marketing teams. The team is collectively responsible for driving partner and channel relationships in support of sales and revenue growth in North America for Qualcomm. This role will join a team of marketeers and sales leads focused on supporting customer product launches, go-to-market programs and initiatives designed to accelerate sell-in and sell-through of Qualcomm technology.
Responsibilities will include ongoing management and coordination of channel programs and partner engagements including ownership of stakeholder meetings, facilitation of training sessions and relationship management. The bulk of the role will focus on co- developing, initiating and project managing channel marketing programming, tracking program performance and providing regular reporting and readouts to the leadership team. Management of marketing tools and assets such as logos, badges, advertising placements, custom landing page development, product page contributions and development of toolkits to support turnkey marketing programming.
Multitasking expertise and readiness to dive into a variety of projects from video production, meeting planning, newsletter publishing, event support and more will be expected of the Staff Coordinator, Marketing. This role will also require customer facing support including meeting facilitation, capturing meeting minutes, conducting follow up and outreach and managing timelines and expectations with OEM partners and retail channel partners. This role will also have the responsibility for supporting regional growth opportunities in the channel beyond consumer with emerging channel partners in the distribution space and tracking new opportunities as the business evolves.
The Staff Coordinator must be highly proficient in creating PowerPoint presentations, writing and editing in order to create materials such as marketing plans, product launch announcements, internal memos, meeting minutes and notes. The Staff Coordinator may need to be available to travel in support of staffing industry training events (pending COVID travel restrictions and in accordance with CDC guidelines).
Min Qualifications
Excellent project coordination and management skills
Ample experience interfacing with customers and senior leadership
Strong attention to detail and desire to exceed expectations
Ability to work independently and to work proactively to solve problems
Strong written and oral communication with experience copywriting and authoring business documents
Experience in wireless/high-tech preferred
Knowledge of wireless technology and ability to ramp quickly to provide instant support
Proactive and ready to take on challenges
Motivated and energetic and prepared for a dynamic work environment
Data driven decision making abilities with experience driving and analyzing ROI and performance metrics for channel and MDF programs
Pref Qualifications
Ability to travel in support of programs (Less than 15%)

Education
Bachelor's degree required in relevant field (Marketing, Business etc) or equivalent experience and master’s degree preferred
