The Sales Operations Analyst will oversee day to day demand generation for Qualcomm. They will monitor lead routing and disposition timeliness to ensure SLAs are being maintained. They will coordinate with the channel and direct sales teams to identify opportunities for improvement. They must be comfortable working with multiple business stakeholders with competing priorities. They must be able to work with IT Project Management and Business Process Analysts to ensure implementation timelines are being met and all stakeholders are aware of project timelines and required deliverables. Must be able to facilitate end to end change management efforts associated with any system implementation to include conducting training. Must be able to clearly identify process risks and constraints and take action to mitigate. Will be responsible for overseeing reporting requirements and the metrics associated with the demand generation process. Must ensure that support is meeting the required Service Level Agreements. Most monitor the support threads and review cases to identify areas for improvement and work with cross-functional teams to resolve based on business priorities.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ability to work with our external partners and manage multiple internal stakeholders
Most tasks require multiple steps that can be performed in various orders; some planning and prioritization must occur to complete the tasks effectively.
Deductive and inductive problem solving is required; multiple approaches may be taken/necessary to solve the problem; often information is missing or incomplete; intermediate data analysis/interpretation skills may be required.
Exercising creativity to draft original documents, imagery, or work products within established guidelines.
Must be comfortable working with multiple different systems and tools.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Salesforce Certified Administrator
5+ years process improvement experience
5+ years audit or enterprise data management experience
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or 10+ years of operations experience
