Seeking enthusiastic, detailed oriented, self-motivated coordinator to join a dynamic marketing team that is building and expanding programs in support of Qualcomm’s rapidly diversifying business. This role will work with both sales enablement and partner ecosystem teams within the marketing organization, to support daily program operations and work across functional teams to drive business critical projects. The ideal candidate would have a mix of digital skills, sales and/or marketing experience, and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting ecosystem member engagement through the Qualcomm Advantage Network portal, including managing processes within the Salesforce backend and providing basic customer support/troubleshooting
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to enable business advancement with Qualcomm Advantage Network members by providing actionable analytics and supporting co-marketing engagement
Helping drive the flow of sales resources from marketing and product teams to the global sales organization and third-party sales channels, including working with various sales and marketing software tools for inbound and outbound customer engagement
Supporting program enhancement projects, managing action plans, and coordinating execution by cross-functional teams for on-time delivery
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and embrace change
Organized and resourceful, able to get things done, work on multiple tasks, anticipate and plan around obstacles
Strong communication skills, able to choose the most effective method of delivery, internally and externally
Detailed oriented, comfortable working with database tools, capturing technical requirements, and coordinating project plans
Strong interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional leads (IT, sales operations, digital marketing, etc.) and key stakeholders
Preferred skills:
1+ year working in a fast-paced, matrixed tech environment
Familiarity of Salesforce CRM solution and Microsoft SharePoint
Web design and/or digital marketing experience
