As our Global Executive Recruitment Manager your role will focus on acquiring top talent at the executive level and ensuring recruitment strategy is aligned with Global talent and diversity and inclusion objectives. You’ll help define Qualcomm’s leadership team and contribute to the impact on the industry and employees. In this role you will: Develop and execute of a comprehensive executive recruiting strategy, involving national and international searches Serve as an advisor to internal stakeholders to deeply understand business strategies and talent needs for today and the future Build relationships with hiring managers, coaching them on effective search strategies, compensation, interviewing and long-term engagement of passive candidates Collaborate with Qualcomm’s HR business and talent partners locally and globally to understand resourcing needs Establish and manage relationships with external search firms to generate candidate leads across multiple disciplines/domains Deliver executive recruitment communication including search presentation materials, job descriptions, candidate profiles, interviewer/stakeholder communication, and candidate preparation Lead the offer process in collaboration with internal stakeholders; negotiate compensation packages and close executive candidates Work directly with Executive stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements Determine current and future needs of the organization and map executive hiring requirements. Analyze various approaches to identify potential executive candidates and ensure an engaging and optimal candidate experience Assist in defining, measuring, and refining success metrics for sourcing, hiring, and interview processes Implement Diversity, Equity and Inclusion objectives into recruiting practices that align with Qualcomm’s commitment to global diversity and inclusion Competencies needed to be successful: Analytical Skills Building Trusting Relationships Communication Creating the New and Decision Making Getting Work Done Mentoring and Coaching PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Human Resources, Humanities, Psychology, or related field. 8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in the technology industry. 7+ years of work experience in one or more of the following areas: executive recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition metrics. 1+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above) 1+ years of work experience in a global, matrixed organization. 1+ years of work experience in a leadership role with direct reports. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Frequently transports between offices, buildings, and campuses up to ½ mile. Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 5 lbs. Performs required tasks at various heights (e.g., standing or sitting) Monitors and utilizes computers and test equipment for more than 6 hours a day. Continuous communication which includes the comprehension of information with colleagues, customers, and vendors both in person and remotely.
