Big Data is a central component for advanced sales and marketing analytics. This role will be essential to nominalizing data to lay the foundation for predictive scoring to help prioritize future sales opportunities.
Experienced Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics) developer to help build the next evolution of analytics dashboards within our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to understand business data and processes to augment and enrich data in order to create innovative and engaging reporting solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable. Deductive and inductive problem solving is required; multiple approaches may be taken/necessary to solve the problem; often information is missing or incomplete; intermediate data analysis/interpretation skills may be required. Exercising creativity to draft original documents, imagery, or work products within established guidelines.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce Tableau CRM platform
•Understand/Gather Analytics requirements and Identify product requirements for future enhancements
•Developing data flows, data sets, lenses and dashboards
•Own the creation and maintenance of current and future dashboarding requests, while incorporating scalable processes with consistent and standardized views
•Modify dashboards and reports based on provided user feedback
•Use analytical rigor and statistical methods like data cleansing, statistics, data mining, predictive analysis, and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore, and extract insights from large-scale data sets
•Develop, maintain and perform processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity in platform applications.
•Operationalize AI by adding it to every workflow or business process and producing world class dashboards and reporting in Einstein Platform
•Partner with the Salesforce Admin and ensure all development meets enterprise standards
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics) Certified
