General Summary
The People Solutions and Services - Total Rewards role will be responsible for the service delivery of Total Rewards programs. This role will oversee the execution of annual compensation benchmarking and day to day salary analysis and also oversee the administration of wellness programs, reimbursement benefits processing, and administration of leave of absences. This role will also assist the escalation of employee inquires and will ensure that compensation and benefits are administered in a timely fashion. This role will partner with HR Community of Practice Total Reward leads on programs and will report into the People Solutions and Services Site Leader.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Frequently transports and install equipment up to 5 lbs.
Monitors and utilizes computers and test equipment for more than 6 hours a day.
Continuous communication which includes the comprehension of information with colleagues, customers, and vendors both in person and remotely.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the annual compensation benchmarking process including the survey data submissions, market pricing and implementation of salary midpoint movements
Manage survey participation, survey data library and respond to ad-hoc market pulse surveys
Direct day to day compensation analysis and job code audits under established Qualcomm compensation philosophies and standards)
Partner with Compensation HR Community of Practice on market insights and trends
Partner with the Total Rewards HR Community of Practice, outside specialists, including consultants, carriers, third-party administrators, and counsel
• Implement and improve global compensation and benefits delivery to align with enterprise goals and priorities
Work closely with the Total rewards HR Community of Practice to support the continual assessment of current compensation and benefits programs through data reporting and analysis
Support benefits enrollment and report on benefits elections, including tri-annual US dependent certification
Process reimbursement claims and report on utilization and employee feedback
Administer components of total rewards packages (e.g. auto benefits)
Administer wellness programs and report on utilization and employee feedback
Administer time off and leave programs and policies (vacation/annual leave, sick time, medical leave, personal leave, parental leave, military leave, etc.) in accordance with applicable employment laws
Manage escalations of employee inquiries
Monitor email lists (e.g. healthcare.mail, investments.mail) and respond to compensation and benefits-related questions
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or related work experience
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s or Master’s equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
10+ years of experience in multiple HR areas with an emphasis on compensation and benefits: recruiting, sourcing, talent development, organizational development, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, performance management, employee recognition, communication, engagement and retention.
3+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership.
